About the Program
Under the vision of “Redefining Primary Healthcare”, immediate staff is required for multiple positions.
The Sindh Basic Health Services Program (SBHSP) was launched in 1994 with the support of the European Union to deliver quality primary healthcare services to rural communities in Sindh. After project completion, SBHSP was integrated into the Health Department, Government of Sindh.
Currently, the program operates in 11 districts through:
- 296 Basic Health Units (BHUs)
- 12 Rural Health Centers (RHCs)
- 12 Maternal & Child Health (MCH) Centers
Thousands of residents benefit from these healthcare facilities. Applications are invited for the following contract-based vacancies at the Head Office and district levels.

Head Office & District-Level Positions
1. District Health Manager
- Qualification: MBBS with MPH/MBA (Health Management)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in health project management
- Age Limit: 35–45 years
- Salary: PKR 120,000
- Location: Karachi, Thatta, Sujawal, Badin, Tharparkar, Umerkot, Sanghar, Tando Allahyar, Tando Muhammad Khan, Matiari, Jamshoro
2. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
- Qualification: MBBS/BDS/BSc Nursing/B Pharmacy
- Experience: 3 years in M&E of health programs
- Age Limit: 30–40 years
- Salary: PKR 80,000

3. Accounts Officer
- Qualification: M.Com/MBA (Finance)
- Experience: 3 years in accounts/finance
