Applications are invited from qualified and experienced professionals for the following contract-based positions at PHC Head Office and Regional Offices:

Available Positions

1. Deputy Director (Operations)

Locations: Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur, DG Khan
Qualification:

• MBBS/BDS with a postgraduate degree in Clinical Subjects, Public Health, or Health Management (or equivalent)
• Degree must be recognized by PM&DC/HEC or relevant authority
  Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience

2. Senior Internal Experts

Locations: Sargodha, Faisalabad
Contract Type: Long-term Contract
Qualification:

• MBBS/BDS with a postgraduate degree in Clinical Subjects, Public Health, or Health Management (or equivalent)
• Recognized by PM&DC/HEC or relevant authority
  Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience

3. Internal Experts

Locations: Lahore, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi
Qualification:

• MBBS/BDS recognized by PM&DC
  Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience

4. Assistant Advisor (Inspections)

Location: Lahore
Contract Type: Fixed-term/Short-term (Lump Sum Basis)
Qualification:

• MBBS/BDS OR
• Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration, or Public Administration
• Recognized by PM&DC/HEC or relevant authority
  Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience

5. Deputy Director (PMU)

Location: Lahore
Qualification:

• MBBS/BDS with a postgraduate degree in Clinical Subjects, Public Health, or Health Management (or equivalent)
• Recognized by PM&DC/HEC or relevant authority
  Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience

6. Surveyors

Location: All Divisional Headquarters of Punjab
Qualification:

• MBBS/BDS recognized by PM&DC
  Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience

Application Procedure

• Download the challan form from the website.
• Deposit the application fee:
  • Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) for positions at Sr. #1 to 5
  • Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable) for position at Sr. #6
• Submit the online application before 12 March 2026.
• A scanned copy of the paid challan form must be uploaded with the online application.

Employees currently working in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, or Institutes must apply through the proper channel and attach a fresh NOC issued by their respective department.
