Position: Member, Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP)
Finance Division invites applications from individuals of known integrity, expertise, and experience for one full-time position of Member at the Competition Commission of Pakistan. The details of qualifications, experience, eligibility criteria, and terms of appointment are as follows:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Education: Master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 20 years of professional experience in accountancy, commerce, economics, finance, or law.
- Age Limit: Maximum 62 years at the time of application.
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifications, higher education, leadership roles, regulatory experience, and professional eminence.
REMUNERATION & TERMS
- The remuneration package will follow Rule-4 of the Competition Commission (Salary, Terms, and Conditions of Chairman and Members) Rules, 2009, and will correspond to the median of MP-I scale, with annual increments as per the scale.
- All service terms are subject to revision by the Federal Government.
- Candidates currently employed in Government, Semi-Government, International Financial Institutions, Multilateral Organizations, Autonomous or Semi-Autonomous Bodies, or the private sector must resign or retire from their current position before joining the Commission.
TENURE
- Appointment will be for a term of three (3) years.
- The Member will cease to hold office upon reaching 65 years of age or upon completion of the term, whichever is earlier.
